We purchased two rings from Carat. They are the most beautiful rings I have ever seen and no one knows they are not real! My engagement ring is now 3 years old and they other ring 1 year. They look as beautiful as they did the day they arrive. You will not be disappointed!

I bought two rings and a pair of CZ earrings from Jeweler’s Direct last year. I was impressed when I first opened the package and have continued to be satisfied with the quality a year and a half later. Everyone that has seen this jewelry has thought it was the real thing. It’s important to remember not to buy stones so big, that it would appear almost impossible for you to afford under normal circumstances. All of my jewelry is white gold btw. When my jewelry starts to become dirty or cloudy, I simply clean them with a soft toothbrush and toothpaste and they look brilliant again. Hope this helps. FYI, I settled on this company after months of research. Check out their BBB rating too.

Re: Nexus diamonds, OMG! has anyone found the best diamond derivative or simulant yet??????? I keep reading all this conflicting opinion about DNL (have looked at their site many times and fancied taking a dip but been put off big time now by what I’ve read!) Moissanite or Asha then will someone please give me a clue????

I have a good friend who is one of the best diamond cutters in the world. Told him about my recent purchase with Daimond Nexus Labs and he assured me it’s a scam. Here’s his reply.. Ceci,
Sorry but these guys are con artists. CZ is very inexpensive at the wholesale level. Their markup is 10 or more times.
Charles&Colvard have the patent on Moissanite. One and only source in the world. Side by side a cz looks pretty good but the minute it has a bit of lotion etc on it the fire dies. Because of poor optical properties, if we flip a cz on it’s face we can read the news print through the back. Neither a diamond or a moissanite will leak light this way.
There are very limited amounts of colorless synthetic diamonds. We cannot buy them because the production is scarce. Most gem syn diamonds are dark yellow and look like crap. What is produced in great quantities is tiny industrial syn diamonds. Thomas Hunn Company Jewelers
